with free CAKE AND REFRESHMENTS
Like the monks of the priory who once inhabited this place centuries ago, we come together to put quill to paper (or fingers to keys) once a week in companionable silence (though with the added benefit of free cake and hot drinks and no obligation to wear itchy brown wool cloaks).
You can find us scribbling away every Thursday afternoon between 2-5pm. ‘Scriptorium’ sessions last three hours.
Slay the dragon of procrastination and get on with your writing project whether that is an essay, dissertation, thesis or other magnum opus. Undergraduates, postgraduates, research associates and fellows, all welcome!
We meet in the Harrods Room unless otherwise specified below: 18 January (Laing Room, Queen's Building); 8 February (Timmy Hele Room, Queen's Building); 15 February (Gardner Room, Front Court); 29 February (Laing Room. Queen's Building).
